Refund policy
Cozey offers a 30-day risk-free trial period. Customers may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund at no cost.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at support@cozey.ca prior to shipping any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Packaging Requirement
Original packaging must be retained. Returns initiated without original packaging, or involving products deemed to be significantly damaged beyond normal inspection, may be declined or subject to a return fee at Cozey's discretion.
Damages and Discrepancies
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery. Any defects, damage, or order discrepancies must be reported to support@cozey.ca promptly upon receipt. Cozey reserves the right to assess and resolve such claims on a case-by-case basis.
